Online Banking Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions Agreement of Online Banking

Enrollment in Your Community Bank's Online Banking requires agreement with the defined terms and conditions agreement. By completing and submitting the application via the internet, you agree to the defined terms and conditions agreement. These rules are in addition to any rules and regulations for Personal and Business Accounts that were disclosed at the time the account was opened.

Your Community Bank reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions Agreement of Online Banking at any time.

Definition of Terms

As disclosed in this document, the terms "you" and/or "your" references the names of the account holder(s) as listed on the records of Your Community Bank.
"We","Our" and "Us" references Your Community Bank, the provider of service where the account is maintained.

Your Community Bank will not be responsible for any damage that you may incur to personal computer equipment hardware or software resulting from use of the Online Banking product.

Logon ID and Password

A logon ID and password is required to access the online banking application. After the receipt and approval of your online banking application, the logon ID will be provided to you by the bank. The initial password for logging in will be the last 4 digits of your Social Security Account number or Tax Identification number. At the first login, you will be required to create a new password. This password must meet specifications of an alphanumeric combination and must be a minimum of five and maximum of eight characters. You will be required to change your password every 90 days. You have the ability to make further changes to your logon ID and password at any time by utilizing “options”.

Your logon and password are to be treated with secrecy because they permit access to account information and money in your accounts via the Internet site. You must agree not to give or share your logon and password with any individual. The loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your logon, and password by any person(s) or entity, exposes you to risks and losses. You must immediately notify us by calling 812-981-7750 or using our Information Request Form, during normal customer service hours, of any loss or unauthorized use of your logon and password.

Hardware and Software

You must have the appropriate equipment to connect to the internet to utilize online banking. You may test your Browser through a link on our Home Page. You are responsible for any errors or problems related to your computer hardware or software and any fees assessed by outside parties.

Bill Payment

Enrollment in Online Banking Bill Payment requires enrollment in the Online Banking product. Your Community Bank will post payment transactions generated by my Online Banking account. You are in full control of your account and responsible for any payments scheduled. Payments may take from 5 to 7 business days to reach the vendor and they may be sent either electronically or by check. Your Community Bank is not liable for any service fees or late charges levied against you for non receipt or late arrival.

You are responsible for any loss or penalty that I may incur due to the lack of sufficient funds or other conditions that may prevent the withdrawal of funds from your account. Additional information concerning the type of payments, scheduling of payments and other information can be obtained by accessing the Bill Payment option and/or the Help in your Online Banking account.

Fees

Your Community Bank will not charge you a fee for using Online Banking or Bill Pay. All normal fees for service remain in effect for activity reflected on your account per rules and regulations disclosed to you when your account was opened.

Termination

Your Community Bank may terminate Online Banking in whole or in part at any time without prior notice. Your Community Bank reserves the right to limit or suspend your access to Online Banking at any time. Termination of service by Your Community Bank will not affect any liability or responsibility for transactions processed on your behalf.
