Existing Max Rewards Customers (Prior to November 7, 2013)
If you are a current Max Rewards customer, you will receive a post card in the mail with your access code. You should receive your post card before November 7th, 2013. Once you received your post card with your access code, all you need to do is register at BaZing.com and you will have immediate access to your benefits. This change now gives you access to your benefits through BaZing.com and you can access your benefits through your computer or mobile phone. If you would like access through your mobile phone, all you need to do is download the BaZing app through the app store on your iPhone or Android mobile phone. The gold card you received with the Max Rewards account at the time of account opening will no longer be needed. If you have not received your post card in the mail with your access code or have questions about the account updates, please contact customer service at 812-981-7750.
If you have not received your BaZing post card but would still like to have access to the previous gold card benefits, you can still visit www.memberheadquarters.com and login with the information you used before. However, this service will not be available after December 31, 2013.

Account disclosure: No minimum balance required. $50 to open account. Limit of 2 debit cards per account. Monthly Service Fee of $7.00 per month, which may be reduced with signature-based debit card activity rebate. Maximum rebate is $7.00 per month per account. Rebate will be credited at the end of each statement cycle as follows: one debit card - $0.25 per signature-based debit up to a maximum of 28 transactions (or $7.00); two debit cards - $0.25 per signature-based debit up to a maximum of 14 transactions (or $3.50)per card. Rebate amounts may be subject to IRS reporting.
